Refund Policy

At Healing Earth Ayurveda Multispeciality Hospital, we strive to provide the best healthcare services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our patients and clients.

  1. Consultation Fees
  • Once a consultation is booked and paid for, it is non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will accommodate based on availability.
  1. Treatment & Therapy Packages
  • Payments made for treatment plans, therapies, or wellness programs are non-refundable once the treatment has commenced.
  • If you wish to discontinue treatment, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative and consultation fees) only if the cancellation request is made before the treatment starts.
  • Any refund request after the start of treatment will be subject to management approval based on medical and operational considerations.
  1. Ayurvedic Medicines & Products
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted on purchased medicines or wellness products due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos), and we will offer a replacement or store credit.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Doctor Consultations & Appointments:
  • If you cancel within 24 hours before the appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged, and we will reschedule based on availability.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be non-refundable.
  • Treatment Sessions:
  • If a treatment session is missed due to unavoidable reasons, we will attempt to reschedule at the next available slot.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless there is a valid medical reason with documented proof.
  1. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

  1. Exceptions & Special Cases
  • Refunds due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
